As a lifelong Texan and longtime Austinite, I combine big-picture economic understanding with a deep love for homes, design, and helping people make smart real estate decisions.

I started my real estate journey as an investor — managing my own portfolio, GC’ing major renovations, and navigating land development. I’ve worked with creative financing strategies and have hands-on experience with short-, medium-, and long-term rentals. That first-hand perspective gives my clients a real edge, whether they’re buying a forever home or building long-term wealth.

In 2024, Lynn’s sales volume put her in the top 5% of Realtors in the Austin area.

I hold a master’s degree in Latin American Studies and have a background in geopolitical and economic analysis, which helps me connect the dots between policy, demographics, and market trends. My clients appreciate that I can simplify complex data and offer strategic, tailored guidance.

Having lived in Dallas, Houston, and now Austin, I understand the nuances of Texas real estate — especially here in Austin, where I’ve seen the city grow from a quirky college town into a global hub for tech and culture. I love helping clients anticipate what’s next and position themselves for long-term success.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me walking around Lady Bird Lake with an audiobook, kayaking, or spending time with my husband, two teenage kids, and our dog, Sadie Grey. I’m also passionate about community outreach, good music, and all of Central Texas’ wonderful trails and green spaces.
