I started my real estate journey as an investor — managing my own portfolio, GC’ing major renovations, and navigating land development. I’ve worked with creative financing strategies and have hands-on experience with short-, medium-, and long-term rentals. I hold a master’s degree in Latin American Studies and have a background in geopolitical and economic analysis, which helps me connect the dots between policy, demographics, and market trends. My clients appreciate that I can simplify complex data and offer strategic, tailored guidance.

Having lived in Dallas, Houston, and now Austin, I understand the nuances of Texas real estate — especially here in Austin, where I’ve seen the city grow from a quirky college town into a global hub for tech and culture. I work an hour every direction from central Austin, and I specialize in Westlake Hills, Eanes ISD, Cuernavaca, and Bee Caves. I speak Spanish, and I work with an Arabic translator.
